Meet The Developers – Enclave Development, LLC

	Todd Dwyer is a native of the St. Charles Missouri area.  After graduating from the University of Missouri in 1994 with a degree in Civil Engineering, Todd received his Professional Engineering l and Surveying license while working at St. Charles Engineering and Surveying company. After seven years he was then employed as director of land development for Vantage Homes, a subsidiary of McBride and Son in the St. Louis metro area. He was responsible for the development and planning of over 2000 home sites consisting of different product lines in a multitude of planned communities. Todd left Vantage Homes in 2005 and is now involved in numerous development and building projects. Some of the current projects include Katy Trail Lofts, a 52 unit loft project in the historic Main Street area of St. Charles, Belleau Creek Condominiums in O'Fallon, MO, a 240 unit condominium project, multi-million dollar homes located in The Villages at Shawnee Bend at Lake of the Ozarks, and Cielo, a new project under contract also at Lake of the Ozarks.
	Rich Carroll is a native of the St. Louis area, originally from Collinsville Illinois.  Rich graduated from Francis Howell High School in 1985 and attended St. Charles Community College with an emphasis in business.  After High School, Rich worked at General Motors in Wentzville, Missouri for 15 years.  In 1996, Rich started Emerald Management, a commercial land maintenance and snow services company.  Rich still maintains that business and currently owns and operates the following: Emerald Realty Group, Inc. - owns and manages 2 commercial Industrial properties, and an office building in St. Charles County. Revolution Properties, LP - owned and managed 24 residential properties covering over 75 units in south St. Louis from 1999-2006, and currently own and manage retail centers in St. Charles, O'Fallon, and Camdenton, Missouri Top Gun Realty - Renovation of historic properties in Soulard, Tower Grove East, and Benton Park of St. Louis. Carroll Management Group, Inc. – The development of residential lots & the construction of homes in St. Charles County since 2003. TreeHaven Homes – Building exclusive custom homes at The Villages at Shawnee Bend here at Lake of the Ozarks since 2004.
	Brian Routt is a builder & architect with more than a decade of experience in St. Louis.  He was born and raised in St. Louis and lives in St. Charles County. After graduating from University of Missouri-Columbia with a Bachelors Degree in Environmental Design, Brian attended Washington University in St. Louis to recieve his Masters in Architecture.  Upon graduation, Brian was involved with a prominent St. Louis architectural firm and later was involved with Jones Co. Homebuilders. As a project architect, he was in charge of contracts, new designs and creative architectural & project management for more than 3,000 homes. Soon he discovered a niche for personal service and attention to detail not offered by other builders & took on the challenge to open his own custom home building company. For the past 8 years Brian, Owner and President of Routt Homes, has designed and built over 50 homes adding up to more than 30 million dollars in construction. Brian's construction of single family custom homes, also involves residential land development and multi family construction in the St. Louis area. He currently has a premier 61 lot development under construction sold to one of St. Louis' largest home builders.   With his wealth of knowledge in remodeling, custom home construction, and land development, Brian has established himself as a respected force in the industry.
